Fiber Pigtails
Fiber pigtails are assemblies in which one end of the fiber is left exposed for easier splicing. ZERO Connect manufactures a variety of pigtails, with the most common being tight buffer simplex, 6str and 12str pigtails. Below are the features of these assemblies:
SIMPLEX PIGTAIL FEATURES
- Singlemode, 62.5, OM3, OM4 fiber available in riser or plenum
- Connectors: LC, SC, ST, LC/APC, SC/APC, FC/APC
- Cable Diamter-900um, 2mm, 3mm. We can manufacture to fit the customer’s needs
- Standard lengths are 1m, 2m, 3m
- Custom builds for any other requirements are welcome

MULTI-STRAND PIGTAIL FEATURES
- Available in singlemode, 62.5, OM3, OM4, riser or plenum
- Connectors: LC, SC, ST, FC, LC/APC, SC/APC, FC/APC, MTP
- Cable Construction: Can be 900um pig packs, 900um jacketed distribution, jacketed ribbon, bare ribbon or 250um data center style cable
- ZERO Connect stocks 6 and 12 fiber pigtails in SM and OM3 with LC, SC, and SC/APC configurations.
